Tenderloin is the ultimate cut of steak. Hardly worked, this cut is extremely tender and lean, making it an absolute treat to eat. Cook with a quick stove top sear, then finish in the oven. 

Each package of Riemer Family Farm's tenderloin filet comes from 100% grass-fed and finished beef cattle raised on our own regenerative pastures for the highest quality protein we can deliver.

Our tenderloin filets come two per package in vacuum sealed packaging.
